The Stone Vortex LLC is a small, dedicated workshop specializing in tumble-polished natural stones. Each piece is carefully selected and finished to highlight its natural beauty and uniqueness.
Are your stones real and natural?
Yes. All of our stones are 100% natural and hand-selected. We do not sell synthetic stones.
Will I receive the exact stone shown in the photos?
Not always. Since each stone is naturally unique, your piece may vary slightly in color, shape, or pattern. We aim to represent our products as accurately as possible.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?

When will my order be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

How long does shipping take?
For U.S. orders, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after processing.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we will try to update it. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.
